How to Create Your Pawgloo™ Account

Step 1: Download the app

Download Pawgloo from the Google Play Store when the live listing is available to you. Availability on Apple’s App Store is unverified until release the store release checklist remains incomplete.

Step 2: Sign up

Open the app and tap Get Started. You can sign up with:

• Email address and password
• Google account
• Apple account

For email sign-up, enter your name and email address, create a strong password, and accept the terms. You must then verify your email address before continuing to the mandatory Indian +91 mobile-number flow. After Google or Apple authentication succeeds, those methods also continue to the mandatory mobile-number flow.

Step 3: Verify your number

For every sign-up method, the phone-number screen uses the fixed Indian +91 country code and accepts exactly 10 numeric digits. Enter your 10-digit mobile number to request the mandatory six-digit OTP sent to your phone.

The OTP screen has six separate inputs, one for each digit. All six inputs must be completed before verification can succeed. The OTP is valid on the backend for 5 minutes. The screen also displays a resend timer; if the code does not arrive or expires, wait until the timer allows you to request another OTP. Successful OTP verification moves you to the dog profile wizard.

Step 4: Add your details

After successful OTP verification, Pawgloo first opens the dog profile wizard described in Step 5. Once the dog profile has been created, the app moves to owner setup for this step.

Fill in your name and location. Pawgloo uses your exact coordinates to support discovery of nearby play dates. Your exact coordinates are never shared publicly; other users are shown only your relative distance.

Step 5: Add your pet

The dog profile wizard opens automatically after mobile OTP verification and creates the dog profile before the owner profile. Pawgloo currently onboards dogs, not cats.

Complete the following fields. All fields are required unless marked optional:

• Profile photo
• Dog name
• Age
• Gender
• Vaccination status, selected as yes or no
• Color
• Special marks
• At least one skill
• Bio containing 20 to 100 characters
• Primary breed
• Weight, which is optional
• Secondary breed, which is required when mixed breed is selected

The wizard validates the required photo and fields, requires at least one skill, enforces the 20 to 100 character bio length, and requires a secondary breed for a mixed-breed dog. A complete pet profile helps the AI matching engine find the most compatible playmates for your dog. After the dog profile is created, Pawgloo transitions to the owner setup described in Step 4.
