The Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): Pawgloo has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a safe community by providing a consumer reporting flow focused on conversations and users, immediately removing CSAM and disabling offending accounts upon obtaining actual knowledge, and cooperating fully with law enforcement to protect children.

1. Standards against CSAE and CSAM

Pawgloo strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): The creation, sharing, or storage of any visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
• Grooming: Any attempt to build an emotional connection with a child to lower their inhibitions for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
• Sextortion: Using sexual content to blackmail or coerce a child.
• Trafficking: Any involvement in the trafficking of children for sexual exploitation.

2. In-app feedback and reporting mechanisms

We provide a consumer reporting flow focused on conversations and users for reporting safety concerns directly within the Pawgloo application.

• Current Consumer Reporting: Users can use the report action associated with the relevant conversation or user in the Pawgloo consumer application.
• In-App Support: Our current consumer reporting flow is available for users to communicate concerns regarding a conversation or user without leaving the app.
• Email Reporting: You can also report violations directly to our safety team at safety@pawgloo.com.
• Cyber Crime Portal: Child safety concerns may also be reported directly to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in).

Planned experience, not live

The following capabilities are planned and are not currently available. Structured doctor and partner reporting routes do not currently exist.

• Reporting Content: Users will be able to report any profile, message, or media that they believe violates our child safety standards.
• Consultation-Linked Reporting: Structured child-safety reports linked to doctor consultations are planned.
• Moderation and Handling: A dedicated moderation queue and structured -capture process are planned.
• Partner Reporting: A mirrored child-safety reporting route for Pawgloo-Partners is planned.
• Automatic Detection: Automated detection of potential child-safety violations is planned.

3. Addressing CSAM (removal and reporting)

Pawgloo takes immediate action when we become aware of CSAM on our platform:

• Immediate Removal: Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, we will immediately remove the content and disable the offending account.
• Legal Compliance: We comply with all applicable Indian and international laws regarding the reporting of CSAM to the appropriate authorities. In India, CSAM is reported to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) operated by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Where legally applicable, we also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) for international coordination, and cooperate fully with local law enforcement.

4. Compliance with child safety laws

Pawgloo operates in strict accordance with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India. We continuously monitor regulatory updates to ensure our platform remains compliant with the highest safety standards.
